We offer people a person-centred support to assist them in developing practical daily living skills, and accessibility them with tools for managing their mental health so that they can self-manage and stay well on a long-term basis.
In supported living, people pay for their own holidays, including additional staff costs. Like anyone else, people in supported living pay for their own domestic bills and shopping costs, together with costs incurred by staff in the course of the support they provide – such as bus fares and activities.
We support our service users to identify and engage with training, volunteering and employment opportunities in line with their personal recovery goals. We also help them to develop hobbies and engage in social activities, building informal and personal support networks to protect against relapse.
A Person-Centred Plan is important to help you respect yourself and others, live safely, eat healthily and be active within your immediate and wider community. We will make this plan with you based on your own aims and what is important to you so that you can build your skills and get the support you need, when you need it.
